Various artists, track artists and how they display

Playing with Plex music for a while with three issues that look like they’ve been brought up a couple of years ago - but I don’t see that they were resolved.

  1. When sorting by artist, is there a way to see all tracks by that artist as opposed to just albums and a few “top tracks”?
  2. When sorting by artist, is there a way for tracks by that artist on “various artist compilations” to show up?
  3. When sorting by track, is there a way for tracks to display the actual track artist as opposed to “various artist” for those compilations?

  1. No - It actually used to be the way you are asking for, but they said it took too much memory to display all tracks for an Artist. Given that they now show the complete list of tracks for the entire library, I’m not sure I still believe that explanation, but… There is a feature request to restore this functionality also.
