Verification emails not arriving

Hi, I’m updating my email address, but I can’t verify it. I’ve checked spam, blocks, blacklists and all the usual suspects - in fact, I get emails from you to the same email address for say, a support ticket (it definitely works just fine) - so I don’t understand. Please can someone take a look - I’d really like to verify my email.

There is no need to verify your email on a change. It should just work. If you are having trouble signing in, DM me the old and new email addresses and I’ll check it got changed correctly.

Hi, It definitely asked me to verify my new email when I updated to a new one - and as a side note wouldn’t let me turn on 2FA unless I had verified it.

Anyway, It’s sorted now - Not sure if someone there has done some magic behind the scenes - and if it was you, thank you, but I just had a few emails from you - including 2 verification ones - arrive at once.
