Since i updated to this “New” version my family and friends are unable to stream anything outside my network they all get the same error message. Error " Conversion Failed. The transcoder exited due to an error". I run my plex server on a Synology Nas. I didn’t had this problem until the update.
Anyone knows how can i fix it ?

yes i did but that didn’t worked for me, i had to eliminate the server from Synology Nas and reinstall the old version of it. Now works “current working version is 1.16.5.1552” if i upgrade to your latest it breaks the transcoder.
Then stay with what works for now as this is the best to do in the absence of any details about the actual failure (log files)
