Version 6.11 crashes on launch

Version 6.11 crashes on launch. IOS version 13.4.1

All builds. Version 6.10.1 works fine

I just got upgraded to 6.11 on iOS 13.4 and have the same issue - app crashes on launch every time

Latest build of 6.11 on iOS 13.4.1. plex did not crash anymore. Just as version 6.12 with has just been released.

Could you follow the steps in the Crash Logs from iOS section of this link iOS Logs | Plex Support and send the crash reports to me?

It’s important to do the steps from Crash Logs from iOS specifically, since only those specific Crash Logs will have info about the crash :crossed_fingers:

If you can’t find crash logs following those steps, try in your phone going to iOS settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data and look for any entry starting with PlexMobile- that matches the date where you experienced crashes, and share them with me.

Hopefully by doing that we can find the reason for this crash :fearful:
