Hi, I downloaded the plex app for PS3 and whenever I play mp4's, there is a green vertical bar. Also, it doesn't view the video in the full 16:9. I have Plex for android and amazon fire stick and this issue doesn't happen on either of these. Not sure what else I can do to fix this issue.
