Really hopeful to see this feature implemented but realize it is problematic due to ffmpeg.
At the minute when I try to sync a few videos to my ios or android device it must transcode beforehand (audio stream incompatible) and it takes AGES using the limited CPU on the DS214play. I'm hoping if this is implemented it will greatly speed up syncing for my portable devices.
