Very slow library scanning

I reinstalled windows 10, restored plex from a backup, and now library scans are taking exceedingly long times. I used to be able to tell Plex to scan all libraries and it would be done in a manner of minutes, now, it takes hours for each library.

I’ve attached some logs. Can someone take a look and maybe point me in a direction to speed things up a little?

I haven’t looked at your logs yet but from an initial guess I would look at permission issues from the restore you did.
