Video crashes every time I select settings in Plex Web App Player

Server Version#: 1.18.9.2578
Player Version#: (Plex Web App Player 4.22.3)

As soon as I go into any settings, video stops (there was an unexpected error…). Found lots of threads referring to this issue in the past, but not a single solution to it. I am using Mozilla Firefox latest version.
