There are some videos that when attempted playback, some random image displays in a smaller box in upper left corner of screen with a frozen image behind it from the last live tv watched. The audio plays as expected.
I’ve attempted updates, stream throttling, quality control, etc., to no avail. The issue has occurred over the last 6 months for several shows (The Chosen, Nailed It!, & Star Trek: The Animated Series). I’ve also created new image files with the same issue, attempted different formats, also without success (with literally thousands of successful implementations, I am experienced…).
Additionally, when viewing authorized devices, the TV in question shows to not have been utilized for 2 months, though it enjoys daily usage.
