Video doesn't play smoothly

Hello,

When I play video from the Android TV Plex App, it doesn’t play “smoothly” (i.e. it made some saccades when playing).
But, if I play the same video (from the same Plex Media Server so) on my Smart TV Plex App, it play perfectly without any saccade.

Now I have a Freebox Pop (ISP Box running under Android TV) and a LG Smart TV (LG 70UM7100 UHD 4K). I had the same problem previously with my freebox mini 4K and my Samsung UE46F6400.
It’s more obvious on 4K video.
It doesn’t seems to be a Plex Media Server problem as it could be OK when I read video directly on my Smart TV.

How can I fix it according to you ?
