Video not transcoding on photo folder

Hi,

I added a photo library where i also have video.
Why dont the video are transcoded when on the photo library ?

Videos in a photo library should also transcode. If not, there is some issue we will need to look into. Please recreate the issue and provide logs from both PMS and the app.
