Video Playback in Browser doesn´t work

if I try to stream a Video on my Synology DS716+ii I get an error message everytime (A required codec could not be found or failed to install) . I reinstalled Plex -> same issue.
Also Plex doesn´t download Metadata even though my files are named correctly. Attached the Server logs and hope to get some help here since I would love to use Plex.

Edit: Playback works on my Android device using the plex app.

It can’t connect to Plex.tv for the codecs (downloaded on demand)
