Playback Issues On iOS and Web Recently

Hello,

Plex has been working pretty great for me and my family for over a year, but we’ve been all running into issues with playback the past few days.

Playback seems to work fine on my Plex Player (macOS) and Apple TV 4k (although there was a weird issue with the video stuttering yesterday).

However, I am unable to play ANY (H.264 and H.265) of my movies/tv shows on web or iOS devices (of which we have few).

When I try try to play a video on an iPad, I get some version of the following error after the circle spins for a while (H.264):

Using the web player results in the same error as above.

The only iOS device that that can play videos on is my personal iPad and it only works when I have enabled the experimental player in the advances settings. Disabling it results in the same issue as above.

My iPhone on the other hand is unable to see any files on the server:

We did move to a new house last week but I am using the same server and wireless routers as in my previous house (only my internet modem has changed).

I have also uploaded my (hopefully correct) logs below.

Any assistance with this issue would be very much appreciated.
