I am recently having trouble with video stuttering, The voice does not stutter. the video is a very quick stutter about every minute or so. My fire cube is up to date, using ethernet for a connection. The dashboard shows the network going to about 90mbs a seconds for about 30 seconds when I start a movie and then goes back to about 10 to 20 mbs a second which seems correct. The server is an i7 3770 with 32 gbs of ram, nothing weird in task manager on the server, nothing is running at any high percentages at all. I am stumped. It never did this before and I dont remember what could have changed other than a plex server update. I checked and believe I have the latest greatest player for fire tv. It even does it if I tell it to convert to something smaller like a low 720 convert.
Thoughts?
