Per the topic, I can’t see the upper-right thumbnail checkmark that indicates when a video on my server has been watched. This began when I reset my password (per your request), then disconnected & reconnected all my devices.
I’ve tried restarting the server and deleting my browser cache. I know the feature is working because the context menu reveals whether a video has been watched or not.
Please advise.
I should mention the problem appears in the Windows Plex webgui, the roku TV page, and LG WebOS page, so I presume the problem resides in the common Asustor server. Is there a way to refresh it without losing settings? I did perform a new Plex server update yesterday, but it had no effect.
This seems like a simple issue, so I’m surprised there have been no suggestions.
I found the problem. The ‘watched’ feature in settings was turned off. I’m not sure how that happened, but I re-enabled it and it’s all fine now.
