Lately since the last update i’m unable to watch any videos from my server. All videos get unknow for video source and none for audio, this is not only for new video’s but for every single item in my server. Anyone know how to fix this or what’s causing this problem?

I haven’t got a folder like this so i can’t remove it. Don’t have a similar error like that neither.
UPDATE
I’ve just added in 3 new files which are transcoded just fine, giving the resolution and codec for the video as well as giving the language and type of audio. Playing these items is also not an issue which makes me even more confused. These seem to be the only items in my entire library that are working properly.

You have it, at leastr when you are using Windows. It may be in a ‘hidden’ folder, so you must activate display of hidden folders in file explorer.

Before we get into log file analysis, analyse the non-playing files with this:
download mediainfo here
(pay attention during installation, it comes with a ‘piggybacked’ installer which asks to install additional crapware. Make sure to set/clear the right checkboxes!)
Once it is installed, analyse the file, then go to:
File - Export - Text (Advanced mode)

i know that you have to display hidden items, i simply don’t have an rsa folder in my crypto folder, was add to me as well.
Anyways i’'ve found the solution to this problem and it’s rather simple, i just had to re-analyze the entire library and everyhting is working once again. Can’t believe it’s someting this simple and plex isn’t doing this automatically at bootup

That would take hours with a large collection of media.
That’s why this can be done by the butler. But then of course Plex must be running during these hours.
