I have some videos that crash my players. But they play fine from a PC when browsing the Plex folder using windows explorer and playing it directly using for example VLC or windows media player. Suggesting the file is not corrupted or at least not corrupted enough to crash the windows 11 players.
Plex for Windows Version: Doesn’t crash but video stays frozen at first frame while audio continues playing.
Player Version#: Version 1.90.1.118-a4bc1429
Plex for Android: Pixel 6 Pro. Plex app crashes almost immediately

Plex for Android: Chromecast. 1 frame per second for about 5 seconds then app carshes

Can upload log if someone can tell me exactly which log file would help. There is too much personal information in the entire log ZIP file like emails etc.
Here the XML for the file. Anything obviously wrong in there? I suspect frame rate switching or weird audio/video format?
