Videos do not automatically play but work fine after using time skip

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Player Version#: 1.55.1 HTPC

Playback from other devices such as phone work so I believe it is client side rather than server side. No issues once playback is manually started but each show must be manually time skipped ten seconds and then will play fine. Attempting to pausw/play does not resolve the issue. Issue also occurs after autoplay continues to the next episode.

Anyone have any thoughts on what to try?
