Video Playback dropping seconds at a time

For the last couple of days, I’ve had a weird issue when using Plex to playback videos.
The video will seamlessly skip forward a few seconds. I say seamless, because there’s no dropout or stutter… you’re just a few seconds later in time.

If I hit the Skip Back button, I can’t go back any further then the jump point.
If I click on the timeline to go back, it will play from that point but still skips forward at the same point as it did the first time.

It’s super weird, and annoying… any thoughts?

I’m in the same boat. Tried 3 different browsers. Searching for a solution, or at least an error message.

Exactly the same happens here. Some are saying that downgrading to 16.3 solves the issue but haven’t tried it yet.
