Videos don't play on web-mac.. but plays just fine on AppleTV

What are the aspects of a video that prevents it from playing on web-mac, but not on an AppleTV… trying to avoid video with those settings or figure out how to convert so it will play on mac-web.

Are you still having this issue?

First guess would be maybe you have disabled your transcoder and the web player is requiring the file to be transcoded.

Can you provide some more information? Is a certain file not playing on web but will on ATV? Also please share your Plex Media Server Logs | Plex Support
