Videos not playing at all

I have recently set up a Plex server on my FreeNAS box, and I can’t get the videos to play. I can see all my videos listed and I get a preview thumbnail of them. But when I try to play them all I get is the spinning loading symbol. I’m currently only using the web client.

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554
Player Version#: 3.108.2 Webclient
