Plex no longer plays files, endlessly loads

I can see the thumbnails, however whenever I click on a piece of media to play I only see the loading circle and nothing plays. I have checked all permissions to make sure plex has the correct ones, but otherwise I’m not sure what else I have to do.

I uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted the server, and changed my network settings. Nothing has fixed the issue.
