I tried to ask this question a while ago, but cant find an answer.
I have reloaded, uninstalled, and reinstalled plex multiple times, and my movies still wont play. It just spins indefinitely like it is buffering. I am trying to play on a windows computer, google chrome, and a roku plex app. none work.
I know nothing about computers, so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated
Get some diagnostic logs
Ensure debug logging is enabled

Restart the server before reproducing the issue - so as to get fresh logs created
Reproduce the problem. Note down time of error / issue and then download server logs and attach with details of when it happened and what was being played

It may be necessary to get client app logs as well - but lets start with just the server logs
