I’m having trouble getting my remote plex server to load anything. i can see my library and it looks like everything is normal. but when i play anything it stays in a loop forever. also all my media is on GSuite if that helps any. can someone help or point me in the right direction to get my media to play again.

where do i get my logs
Log into Plex on Desktop browser=>Settings=>General=>Enable Plex Media Server debug logging=>Troubleshooting=>Download Logs

I see the below in one of your logs

Can you navigate the location of your media and copy from the location to another location like a temp directory? Does your media play locally from Plex?
