Is there a way to display more meta data information? I see in the “Edit” window they seem to list them as “Tags”. Is this correct? In my music files I’d like to see the additional information such as “Comments”, “Copyright”, etc. I use the program META to enter this information using a MAC and would like to be able to see more then just “Country”, “Genre” & “Style”. Thanks
Plex can be configured to prefer embedded metadata. However Plex will only look for certain tags – specifically the ones Plex will use / display, so that’ll leave you with a rather limited choice of fields.
Yes, I have selected “embedded”. Sad that you can’t choose the “Tags” to be displayed. Seems like such a basic option. What’s the point of being able to modify “tags” if they are not displayed. Seems like in MOVIES, there are more of the “tags” displayed then in Music.
