Viewing Photos/movies - is it possible to stop the slideshow?

Why does selecting a photo automatically start a slideshow with a 5 second default pause - how do a disable it and or change the time out?

Also if you have home movies in your photo library because its all the same vacation. The library picks up the movie - great. However because of the default slideshow behaviour you get 5 seconds and then its off to the next picture.

How do I change/disable this default slideshow behaviour?

I should add this is on the Plex app on my android TV (not the web server)

The latest Android-TV beta release fixes the 5-second cut-off when showing movies. But still always performs a slideshow when you view a photo.

Does “works correctly” in the beta program mean that it no longer auto-starts a slideshow? Or did it just fix the delay?

I’m trying to find a fix for this, as well. Thanks.
