I have my photos stored on a NAZ Drive and can view them via PLEX on my iPhone & iPad no probs - but on my Sony Bravia TV i can only view thumbnails. I cant open the photos on the TV.
Can anyone help?

Can you confirm what version of the Plex app you have installed on your TV? Something like click on the user icon, settings, and about.
