When I try and connect vizo client server crashes and has to be restarted from NAS UI.
Repeatable.
I have tried the obvious resets.
Also might get a network device settings error or close app error on the vizio side. But works fine with netflix/amazon etc. No issue.
Some times I just get a can’t connect to server, showing the correct internal IP.
Tried different security and network settings with no change. It’s flat private network no vlans or subnets.
Kind of at my wits end, suggestions?

Anyone know a working client version and have a link to regress? Sadly I cleared out my old ones in a stupid fit of storage clean up. Ugh.

I downgraded server to 1.18.3.2156-349e9837e and everything works fine. Unfortunately I didn’t save the package, but it’s posted here somewhere.

And it looks like a fix for Windows & Mac is available. Still waiting for Synology: I did the latest update 1.18.6.2368 and now It crashes on remote login

I can confirm the current beta build fixes the issue.
Of course not sure what other issues it adds. I found a couple windows archives of older plex server builds but couldn’t find one for my nas. The wife was losing patients so I expedience one out.
I know it’s been remarked before but it’s very frustrating not have easy access back at least a version or two. This is not the first time when a new release or two, or three has broken something, and customers are left to themselves to sort it out. There is no official channel for well, anything.

My wife is reporting that her shows are crashing after a few minutes of play on the beta server via the vizeo client. So, no silver bullet here. Your mileage will likely vary.
