I just came across your thread today and thought I’d share my experience with this issue. I created my own thread because I am using the client beta so I figured it should be filed under that. It has seen some traffic from a plex employee so they are at least aware of it.
I checked today and the problem persists as of client version 9.8.0.34919 beta.
