When I am watching a movie, I have an intermittent problem where the voices get out of sync with the actors’ mouths moving. If I back out of the movie and start it again, it is in sync for a while and then goes out of sync again. Any fixes for this?
Which Plex app are you using or does it happen in all of them?

I’m attempting to recreate on my Shield Pro (2019) and cannot.
I do have a variety of media I can test with.
Can you share with me some details about what’s failing / not failing
Can you perhaps share media info so I can see the video & audio encoding?
Do you have the setting “Dolby audio processing” under advanced sound settings enabled on your Shield? There is a known bug on the Shield that causes audio sync issues with some formats if this setting is enabled, especially if you skip forward during playback.
