Playing on Plex app on Nvidia Shield Pro.
All of a sudden - sometime in the last month or so - on some shows when I skip intro, the subtitles and/or audio go out of sync. Not all shows. And it always used to work flawlessly.
If I stop playback and resume, it re-syncs again.
Is this likely server related or client related? Hard to tell which shows this happens on in advance.
Do you have “Dolby audio processing” enabled on your Shield? There is a known issue with the Shield when enabling this setting, it causes audio delays on some audio formats. There is a fix that is currently in a beta version for the Shield but the fix has not come out of beta for several months. Try disabling this setting and see if you still experience the delays.
I do, though I have had it on previously without this issue. I will kill it and see if that helps. Thanks!
