Why is there still no volume control added to xbox one app version

Sound is still far too loud using PLEX

I can’t use it because of it I switched to emby which allows me some control

I paid for plex so I’d like to use it with the xbox one app but sound is overblown. I’m not limiting sound via normalise DSP when encoding to remedy it as there are far too many things to do. I’d just like some functionality added like the browser side of it has, so I can control the sound output level. No not like turn down tv cos you can’t do that volume on tv is at 14 of 100 and the sound is terrible and far too loud for the volume selected, also the same when using my z5500 speakers, far too loud an ouput (so this is both via HDMI and Optical) this is with all my xboxes. I have a few so it’s not like one is broken or all of them.

Why exactly can a volume control not be added to the xbox one app. Surely you can access the sound of the xbox system and make calls to it.
