The audio from Plex on my Chromecast is super quiet in certain situations. We like to do an outdoor movie night in the fall. I have a projector and a Chromecast with Google TV that we hook up. The projector itself has a speaker but typically I use a bluetooth speaker.
We have done these movie nights in previous years and never had an issue. This year however it seems that no matter what we do, the audio is super quiet. If I pop into any other app on the CC they are very loud (as expected) but in the Plex app things are whisper quiet.
I’ve tried messing with a bunch of the settings both in plex and on my CC with no real change. Even the setting in Plex for Audio Boost set to “Huge” makes no difference.
Anyone run into this issue? Any known fixes?
