Hi all Ive been using Plex for years with a VPN running in the background. I just got a New 2020 MacBook Air M1 (12.1 Monterey) and installed Plex and Plex media server but now every time I turn on NordVpn it cuts my Plex off from Running on my LG TV. Any thoughts on how to fix?
Not sure if this works with Mac’s but try adding Plex to “split tunneling” or “trusted apps”… in the vpn app, although this shouldn’t be an issue on a LAN?
EDIT: (Windows version has) advanced settings Invisibility on LAN make sure this is off.
Try Settings > Network and choose your network interface there, then restart Plex service.
