I have heard that setting a temp transcoder file separate from your hard drive can increase performance. I don’t know what to put in the transcoder temporary directory box. I can’t find any answers online.
My plex server is hosted on a wdmycloud pr2100. And I just connected an external SSD to it hoping you could just route temp files to the SSD.
