Watch hdmi over IP on plex

I am thinking of getting a HDMi over IP extender and it states it can be watched through VLC player. I am wondering if there is a way to add a channel to PMS so I can watch on my ROKU’s?

This would be useful for IP camera’s as well.

Plex cannot use IP streams as input.

There is 3rd-party software out there which can take such a stream and transform it, so it looks to Plex like a TV tuner device.

Thanks, this looks like exactly what I am looking for. I will test this out with my cameras over the next week or 2.
