Watch history is empty, how so?

Yesterday I started watching a TV show in the browser, and then I switched to mobile phone. Now I open the watch history in the plex web and it’s virgin clean.
Why is that?

After 3 days I’ve almost finished watching a show, I’m on the 6th episode of it, but my plex-web shows just one line:

Why is it not showing anything else?
