Parents access my Plex server remotely via their Samsung TV app. It used to keep track of their watched/unwatched shows independently from what I would watch at home, but now if I watch something at home, it’s marking it watched for them as well. You’d think this would not be a critical issue, but as far as my dad is concerned, there couldn’t possibly be anything more important (/siiiigh), so much so he calls me multiple times a day to tell me “I haven’t watched [insert show here] but it’s saying I did! It didn’t used to do this! Whyyyyy is it brokennnnnnnnnnn!”
Please Plex community, help me regain some of my sanity!.
