I recently joined Plex and subscribed to Plex pass monthly subs as you are given a 20% off WESTERN DIGITAL Europe UK store.
I am absolute Fuming that this code is not working for me as this was one of the main reasons for subscribing to Plex pass.
This needs sorting PLEASE.
I can not stress how Mad I am concerning this issue and I would like Plex support to send me the correct code needed for the Euro UK store which I am fully entitled too.
Please sort this out support or I will be cancelling my concurring monthly subs… I feel so cheated by you ATM words cant describe my anger.
Please fix this issue immediately.

Unfortunately, you haven’t provided any specific information (e.g. precisely how it’s not working, what you’re trying to buy, etc.) to be able to look into anything - though our ability to investigate in this area of things is very limited. The most common reason for a user to have issues is if they’re trying to buy something that’s not actually covered in the promotion (such as a hard drive or SSD, for the EU promo). The Promo Details button on the https://www.plex.tv/plex-pass-perks/ page has specific info about the offer.
Ultimately, though, we have no control over how the codes apply on the WD store side. If you’re encountering an issue or error there, we encourage you to contact WD store support, who can actually look in to details about a promo code usage.
Hi thank you, The codes simply does not work for any product whatsoever.
I have tried the generated code on external storage devices which amount to £149
This is from the WD Europe store UK.
The code simply does not work even thou I have qualified and meet all criteria.
I am so peeved at the moment as I meet all eligible criteria.

We don’t have any access to (or control over) how the codes are applied or work in the WD store itself. We’re simply providing a code from among the list of codes that WD provided.
As mentioned, we encourage you to contact WD store support to discuss specifics of precisely what item you’re trying to buy, what the exact code is you’re trying to redeem, and what error/message you encounter when you try to apply/use it.

I’m now awaiting answer from WD
I really would not bother mate WD are useless .
I have sent numerous emails concerning this and they simple deflect the questions I have raised.
They are total shame…Hope you have better luck than I did …But I very much doubt it.
