As you’re in the US, check the Black Friday price at Best Buy on the WD Easystore 12TB drive. It is the same drive as the WD Elements, just re-labeled for Best Buy.
That doesn’t really answer my question. I want to know why the code isn’t working.
Pay attention to the tag next to the username, someone with “Plex Pass” next to their name may not have an answer to that issue. Someone with “Plex Ninja (Moderator)” might be able to get that info. And someone with “Plex Team Member” should definitely be able to get that info. Everyone with “Plex Pass” and most with “Plex Ninja (Moderator)” are regular users like you and me, the mods are just extremely fluent with Plex and have the ability to see some extra things in the backend, but I am not sure that Discount Codes is one of those things.

The terms of the discount code state, “The coupon code may not be combined, used in conjunction with or used in addition to any other promotion or offer.”
WDC is currently running a Black Friday sale in their store.
If I login to the WDC Store and add the same 12 TB drive to my cart, WDC automatically applies a 10% discount.
If I try to apply a Plex Perk discount, I see the same error message as you.
So, it seems possible that the WDC Black Friday sale is overriding the Plex Perk discount.
Let’s move on from the product I put in my cart. It was a test. The problem is the code not working.
I tried the code on several products that had no discount pre applied before the Black Friday deals started. It still didn’t work.
Is there a more direct way to get support from Plex for a perk that I’m in essence paying for, other than posting on user forums?
