Just downloaded the new OS 5 on WDEx4100 NAS drive. Now I can’t install Plex server manually or from the App Store.
Anyone had the same problem and managed to solve it?

So is there a solid fix for this now? Because I had no idea I would have these issues. I updated to the new OS 5, travelled for work, now that I’m back home, trying to set things up, I’m having the same issues of old/wrong version of Plex in the WD App Store (1.20…) When I come to the Plex site to download the new server app and manually install it with (PlexMediaServer-1.21.0.3616-d87012962-WDMyCloudEX4100_OS5) which I get from Plex’s site, I’m having the same issues. It launches but cannot see the WD Server I have. This is a month out from the last post on this thread.
