WD My Cloud can't connect - creates new instance when enabled

Player Version#: 1.20.0.1406-f47a81b7

So at some point today my Plex server dropped out, and I haven’t been able to reconnect. Have tried disabling and re-enabling Plex at the MyCloud end which has solved things in the past, but this time instead of re-enabling, it creates a new server instance each time. My original server still shows in the sidebar, but can’t connect.

Is there anything in particular I can look for in the logs/debug that will help figure this out, or any other way of restarting the server? Appreciate any advice.

Update: wondering if it has anything to do with this: Plex server changed ID and issued new wildcard certificate today without updating its URL on plex.tv, breaking secure connections

same here looks like theres no new download for the WD my home NAS…
