Since the most recent update, my PLEX account hasn’t been able to “fully” connect to my NAS system. When new media is added to my cloud, it is loaded into my PLEX library (visible under the ‘Recently added Movies’); however, none of the content is accessible. The background, info, metadata will not load - whether I do an automatic or manual refresh. The media will open in the PLEX player, however, it doesn’t actually load. No errors, it just stays in the same place with the loading icon. ALL my media files that were added to my PLEX library before the update work 100% fine. I’m also unable to access the server settings (Settings–>Server) and it will sit at the page trying to load with the icon for hours without changing. Any help on the issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had the same plroblem… Try reinstalling plex (no need to uninstall first, just overwrite the previous one) and rebooting the NAS after that. This fixed it for me.
Thanks Olivier.75 - I reinstalled PLEX with an early version and its working 100% now. Obviously an issue with the new update.
