I am not able to access the plex through the NAS wd my cloud ex2 ultra. I always get the access denied message.
I already uninstalled the plex, cleaned everything and reinstalled but it always returns the same error.
can someone help me please?

Yes, I tried signing in from the My Cloud menu.
Huh? There is no sign in option from the My Cloud UI. Hitting configure should open your default web browser to an authorization page where it asks you to sign into your Plex account.
Is this what you tried? Do you get to that Plex.tv page?
If the above doesn’t happen, then something may be blocking the browser from getting to the Plex page.
