It appears that the "Disable video stream transcoding " was incorrectly unticked in releases 1.15.0 to 1.19.4 !
The position is that Transcoding on ARMv7 NAS is not supported and only remuxing can be used. See our NAS Compatibility List linked to on this support article https://support.plex.tv/articles/201373803-nas-compatibility-list/

So 1.19.5 actually corrected this error as it was not intended that media would be transcoded. For ARMv7 - media would be best held in the library in format that can be played directly. Your Season 3 files were mp4 files that were streaming using Direct Play without need to transcode - so recommendation is to ensure your files can Direct Play when using an ARMv7 NAS
But we do now allow users to enable transcoding as you have done by unticking that setting. The results may vary.
