is it possible to get your server logs. On a WD MyCloud the logs folder should be in
/mnt/HD/HD_a2/plex_conf/Plex Media Server/
Can you just zip them all up into one file.
let me know if you need another file

when i click in ‘configurar’ from settings in my wdex2ultra:
goes to this url: http://192.168.1.81/plexmediaserver/index.php
and says this:

Yeah it does not seem like the server is starting at all. your most recent log is the server version before that. We are trying to reproduce on our test devices

installed it, and still happening…
logs did not wrote anything…

should i try uninstall/install?
