[5:50pm update] I have just restarted the Plex service and it seems to be working for the time being but it’s still a bit sketchy. Great app overwise though!

I have a WD My Cloud NAS drive with the Plex app on it. Just recently it started showing that my server is unclaimed, so I hit the button to claim it, and it does nothing. I got out and got back in, still unclaimed. I don’t get it…suggestions would be great.
Also having an issue with it saying I can’t access it remotely but the port is forwarded in my router’s port forwarding settings.
I would really like to be able to call and talk on the phone with a rep, but Plex customer support seems non-existent I just found out.
Please if you can help me, I spent $500 on this WD network drive mostly to get Plex working. It’s the MyCloudEX2Ultra 8TB model. I don’t mean to come across as desperate but especially after buying the lifetime Plex pass (bought today), you’d get quite a step up in customer support.
