How do i get proper support

I have an issue with Plex and My Cloud Home NAS in that I cannot get the Plex server to show up on the claim page. This was preinstalled software on the device but Western Digital are no help saying its not their issue, I have posted on these forums but nobody seems to know the answer. Where can I get proper support from Plex and have one of their technicians look at my issue

You are getting it right here. But there is more info needed for anyone to help you. Provide screenshot of the claim page as I am not sure what are you talking about (maybe someone else will be), tell us what have you done already and what is the desired outcome. Logs would help as well if you are able to get them (support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/200250417-Plex-Media-Server-Log-Files )

Here is a screen shot of the configure page. As you can see it says there is no server downloaded. I followed the WD instructions to enable the server yet nothing. I cant provide logs as there is no server page to provide logs from

The NAS is a MyCloud Home

Clicking the download server button and there is no option for a MyCloud Home

Well, looks like at least webserver of plex is running, but not the media server part. I am not familiar with my Cloud home - is there a possibility to access the filesystem via SSH or telnet?
And first thing I would try is to remove Plex completely via Dashboard of WD device and install it again, might help.
