WD-PR4100 Install issue

Hello. I’m new to the the Plex Forum. Yeasterday I upgrade to the latest version of Plex for My WD PR4100, version PlexMediaServer-1.43.0.10492-121068a07-MyCloudPR4100_OS5.bin. The problem is that before I upgrade, my plexserver was fonctionning just perfect for a long time on my WD PR4100…. And I did’t see that in a lot of years….. All the access problem where gone … Can I download back the 1.42… version. and where can I get it…. I don’t have it anymore on my computer (I had to make some free space…). Thank you.

Can you provide a bit more details about your upgrade? Do you remember what the previous version was? Sharing your PMS logs (the entire zip) should tell us this answer. Please share your logs here or DM me.

Can you also describe the issues you’re now having?

The last Plex update that I made was around christmas if I’m right. I’ll try to get the PMS log (I never done this…). It’s ok to move the post… I know I wast’t quit at the perfect spot… The issu…. I don’t see the content on my NAS, … nothing… and before the upgrade…. everithing was perfect…. and it didn’t happend for years that everithing was perfect on my computer… my iPad,… I upgraded because I tought you finally found a way to resorlve the access on the WD NAS PR4100. I have to do something right now… but I’ll work on what you need to look for my problem…. Thank’s

It says that my NAS PR4100 is not accessible…. I can’t see my content, and the webpage dont give me access to the PMS log…. if I remember correctly where it is.

Yesterday before my update, I could see all my +700 films, few hundred series, ….

Log into your WD device. Navigate to the Plex Media Server in the Apps page. Turn it on.

I’m not sure when or if it was always the case but after updating PMS it will be turned off. After upgrading you’ll have to manually turn it on.

Good morning Atomatth. Thank you for your answer and your time. You where right, I forgot to turn the Plex M’edia server on again.

Since I had problems in the pass that cause me to put aside pretty much all the option in the app. I’m please to tell you that everithing seams to work well up to now….. even if I didn’t try everithing… and work’s even better than before. The upgrades you done seams to make the app more interesting than before. I will be glad to explore gradually all the options you added. Thank’s for your work. Keep it on the right track.
