PMS not accesible after installing latest update on WD MyCloud PR4100

Hello Everyone!
After installing the latest PMS update last night, I have lost access to my media files through Plex, I have rebooted the NAS several times to no avail, I have tried to access PMS via Web, AppleTV, Roku, iPhone Plex app and nothing seems to work.
When I try to use the “Configure” option from the NAS Dashboard, which usually opens Plex on my PC, but it automatically lands me on a blank page with a 404 error message on it.
This is not the first time that this has happened, it also happened with the previous update, which I tried to re-install and go back to, only to still not being able to access PMS on any platform/device. At this point I am very reluctant to do any more updates if I manage to solve this problem if every time I update PMS I am going to run into these kind of problems.
That being said, is there any solution or procedure to get PMS back working normally?

Hi all, I also have the same problem, updated server to latest version 1.40.5.8854 on my WD PR2100 and app(s) now say that I have lost connection with the NAS or the NAS is offline. I have tried a number of reboots both hard and soft, also tried unistalling and reinstalling the update all with no luck. System was working perfectly before the update and i can access the files via windows and other media apps. Any help greatly appreciated.

Well, nothing on my part until now, so at this point I am backing everything up and doing a hard factory reset… Please do let me know if any solution comes your way… Thanks!
